The checkweigher is made of MS powder coated base structure with belt conveyor supported on a single of four IP:68 protected load cell along with geared motor controlled by VFD.


Weight grading provides a 100% flow automatically conveyed products.
checkweigher allows an analysis of production batches homogeneous (Checkweighing) the data collected are then used to:

  • Statistical analysis of production processes

  • The regulatory control of prepackaged products (e)

  • Bondage devices manufacturing or packaging
